How to Hack an Oracle APEX Application

All HTML applications share some characteristics that expose them to potential hacking. Oracle’s Application Express (APEX) has many features that will allow developers to lock down their applications – or to expose them to hacking. Declaratively and with a wide range of wizards, APEX allows developers to quickly build highly functional applications that interact with an Oracle database. Some of these wizards and some manual development techniques may expose an application to hacking. This article will describe common hacking techniques and the remedies within APEX.
