Lazy Application Architecture: Save Months with a PL/SQL Framework

I have a good friend named Joe. He’s a Java architect from Arkansas, and a funny guy. He once quipped, “If you want something done quickly, give it to a lazy person.” Although there are faults with this maxim, it makes me chuckle whenever I “lazily” re-use a framework to save weeks of development and am reminded of the good old days working with Joe.
