Christine Aird

Christine Aird brings a wealth of project, technical, and strategic experience in the statutory consolidation and reporting space specifically focused on the Hyperion Financial Management software. She has focused her career on delivering professional consultancy services firstly in South Africa and more recently in Australia. This has given her an insight into organizations in different vertical markets, broadening knowledge base, which customers find invaluable in delivering a successful project.

Paul Anderson

Paul Anderson began with Oracle via the Hyperion acquisition and has been within the support organization for twelve years. Beginning with Brio Technology, he played a key role in the initial Asia Pacific Regional Support team, along with becoming a regional trainer.

Paul’s history within the IT industry stems back twenty-five years and incorporates product, project, channel, and team management roles alongside those of support engineer and server, network, and database administration.

Having held the Hyperion APAC support manager role, Paul moved into the proactive support team, allowing him to utilize the knowledge and skills his broad range of adventures has brought. This proactive support team participates in a vast range of product-related projects to assist and enhance various aspects within customer support.

Maneesh Disawal

Maneesh Disawal is the lead technical OBIEE/OBIA consultant within James & Monroe. Maneesh continues to work directly with Oracle product development to enrich new OBIEE capability to clients globally and locally.

Babar Jan Haleem

Babar Jan Haleem is a strategic thinker with the ability to articulate long term strategies for companies embarking on BI/DW initiatives or overcoming mission critical challenges.

In his role at Oracle Babar is responsible for driving EPM BI initiatives across Asia-Pacific guiding key accounts & Oracle partners alike on EPM BI related technologies. Babar maintains a close working relationship with Oracle HQ development teams giving him direct insight into Oracle's product roadmap & strategy.

Babar has over 12 years experience in BI/DW and EPM field gained from US & Asia-Pacific regions. He uses his working knowledge of a broad range of BI and EPM products, both Oracle and non Oracle, to help companies set BI strategies and select the best BI applications.

Prior to Oracle, Babar provided BI/Data warehousing consulting expertise to fortune 40 clients in the US. His undergraduate and MBA studies are in Information Systems and Mathematics.

Steve Hitchman

Steve Hitchman’s background is management accounting in the UK and Australia with key components typically including management reporting, business analysis, and planning (budgets/forecasts), delivered almost exclusively using Microsoft Excel. Ten years ago Steve led the Planning to Reporting project at Argyle Diamonds in Perth, driving business improvements through the use of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technology from Hyperion, essentially replacing Excel.

It was to be a career changing project which saw Steve go on to co-found M-Power Solutions, a boutique consultancy focused on the delivery of planning, budgeting, financial consolidation, business intelligence, and reporting solutions for organizations across Australia and internationally. Today M-Power is a leading specialist Hyperion partner in Australia and Steve, now recognized as an expert in this area, is still actively involved in the daily delivery of EPM solutions for customers.

Cameron Lackpour

Cameron Lackpour first worked with OLAP technology in the dinosaur days of System W and saw the Essbase light in 1993. He’s been in the consulting business since 1996, creating solutions for customers using Essbase, Planning, and anything else that ties to those two products. Cameron is active on OTN’s and Network54’s Essbase board – sharing knowledge makes his day interesting.

Debra Lilley is Oracle Alliance director for Fujitsu UK. She is an ACE Director (applications), past president, and current council member of UKOUG. She previously led the IOUC Product Development Committee which gave global input into the development of Fusion Applications. Debra was the winner of the Oracle Magazine 2008 User Group Evangelist of the Year Award and has presented at user group events all around the world.

Richard Philipson

Richard Philipson, a solution architect with James & Monroe, has worked for over eleven years in the Hyperion ecosphere. Richard’s areas of expertise are an invaluable asset as they cover almost the entire Hyperion product range (financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, and Business Intelligence), often teaching for Oracle University. This, combined with his industry experience, allows him to provide a unique perspective for design, architecture, and implementation objectives.

Charles Pinda

Charles Pinda is a principal business consultant in the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) line of business in Australia and New Zealand. He is a qualified chartered accountant and worked in both the professional and commercial accounting fields before entering the IT arena. Charles has more than eight years experience with both Hyperion and Oracle focusing on Strategic Management, Operational Planning, and Financial Close Management, all being part of Oracle’s EPM offering.

Stephane Roman is senior principal consultant for business intelligence at Oracle in Australia and New Zealand. He has more than fifteen years of experience implementing BI and data warehousing solutions in various industries and functions. Stephane has worked at implementing both pre-built / pre-packaged BI applications and pure bespoke BI projects and knows the pros and cons of both approaches. Passionate about information management, Stephane has worked in different roles from consultant to technical account manager for various companies where he facilitated the definition of the overall business intelligence strategy across Europe and the USA.

Stephen Weingartner is a senior principle consultant in Business Intelligence at Oracle. He was one of the original designers / developers of the Oracle Retail (i.e. Retek) Data Warehouse which is now used by hundreds of retailers. He spent many years implementing that solution at large retailers around world, filling the roles of designer, developer, solution architect, and project manager. Prior to joining Oracle in 2012, he was as a senior project manager at ANZ Bank.
