Part 3: Making the Case for Leveraging Agile and Continuous Integration in Oracle BI Development

In part 1 of my article, I made the argument that the waterfall methodology is a methodology that we, as BI/DW professionals, blindly follow for BI/DW projects, even though they don’t make sense considering today’s technology and business demands. In part 2, I introduced Continuous Integration as a development practice that should be used in the Oracle BI world to develop in the OBIEE RPD. In this last part, the conclusion, I want to talk about how using an Agile development methodology in conjunction with Continuous Integration is the best way to develop and deliver content in OBIEE.
