Leveraging Oracle Application Express for Enterprise-wide Application Suites

There seems to be a misconception that Oracle Application Express (APEX) based applications are better suited for one off projects rather than enterprise application suites. Based on personal experience, this paper shows best practices whereby APEX can indeed be used as a platform for building enterprise wide suites of applications that are quickly and easily deployed and maintained.
