ODTUG Leadership Program Seeking Applicants

Leadership Program Now Open
Are you recognized as a leader in your field? If not, are you ready to be?

ODTUG has long been recognized as an outstanding source for the technical content Oracle professionals desire, but starting today, that’s only half of the story. We’re providing our members with yet another avenue to add to their skills and increase their value to their employer or client. ODTUG is pleased to open enrollment for the second class of the ODTUG Leadership Program.

“The leadership program was a game changer for me,” said Debbie Gollnick, a member of the ODTUG Leadership Program inaugural class.  “It has pushed me to grow as a person as well as given me the opportunity to meet so many fabulous people.”

The Leadership Program is a  journey consisting of monthly webinars on subjects ranging from leadership styles, effective communication, mentoring, and ethics as well as the challenges of leading volunteers. There will be a mandatory opening session in March, followed by a face-to-face kickoff at ODTUG Kscope14 in June in Seattle. Following Kscope, monthly online meetings will be held July-November. An attendee may not miss more than one monthly meeting.

The program will also cover the history of ODTUG from its very beginning to the remarkable success we enjoy today. You will graduate more confident and better equipped for that trek from member to leader.

The program is limited to an extremely small group of participants. As a part of the program, participants will receive a complimentary pass to ODTUG Kscope14, where you will bond with fellow participants – all while volunteering, learning more about ODTUG, and attending sessions. You must be a paid member to participate, but the program is free.

Sound interesting? Click here to complete the application. Don’t wait; enrollment ends February 15. Participants will be selected and notified by the end of February.
