Here’s your chance to welcome back an old friend! The Kscope Ambassador Program has returned, and you can be a part of the fun. You’re already attending the sessions, so why not take an opportunity to assist with the conference and make a difference? The duties are simple: Arrive a few minutes early, meet/introduce yourself to the speaker, hand out evaluation forms to everyone attending, and encourage them to complete and return them to you at the end of the session. After the session, put the completed forms in the session envelope, write your name on the Ambassador line, and return the envelope to the Registration Desk to pick up your Kscope schwag and earn an entry into the drawing for a free pass to Kscope17. Each Ambassador session completion equals one entry into the drawing. The drawing will be held on the last day of the conference, but you do not have to be present to win.

We will have a special (and quick) Ambassador Welcome Session on Sunday in the Ohio meeting room at 4:30 PM, where we will answer all of your questions about how the program works; be sure to look for more information about this meeting onsite at Kscope. If you can’t attend the Ambassador Welcome Session, don’t worry. You can pick up the information you need at the Registration Desk in the Ballroom Promenade.

Interested in being an Ambassador? Please click here to sign up. You’ll be able to sign up for the individual sessions onsite near the Registration Desk; look for the big session posters and put your name below any untaken session that you’d like!

The Ambassador Program is a great way for attendees to help with the conference and meet some of the best speakers in the world. If you have any questions, please reach out to angelina@odtug.com. I look forward to seeing you at the Ambassador Welcome Session.

Note from ODTUG Conference Committee

Henry Robin has been part of the Kscope Ambassador program since its inception. He has graciously accepted the coordinator role for the program this year and we’re excited to have him bring his wisdom and knowledge to the table!

If you’d like to know how this program has influenced the members of ODTUG over the years, we’ve put together some blogs below. Look who's mentioned the Ambassador program and participants in their past posts!
