The ODTUG Board of Directors has voted to add Becky Wagner, BI Architect for US-Analytics, as a board member. Wagner replaces outgoing board member Teal Sexton, who stepped down after a change in her career trajectory.

Wagner joins ODTUG Board of Directors President Natalie Delemar, Vice President Tim German, Treasurer Gary Crisci, Secretary Karen Cannell, and Directors Danny Bryant, Roel Hartman, Eric Helmer, Neviana Zhgaba, and Jake Turrell. Becky's term ends December 31, 2020. With her knowledge and accolades, Wagner brings a unique perspective to the Board of Directors, and her presence will greatly benefit the organization.

Applications Now Open for the 2020 Leadership Program
In an effort to enhance the leadership skills of its members, ODTUG is pleased to announce its seventh ODTUG Leadership Program!

This nine-month program will cover topics such as leadership styles, effective communication, mentoring, team building, goal setting, and accountability.

The submitted applications will be evaluated, and based on those applications as well as follow-up interviews, a small group will be chosen for the class. There is no application fee for the Leadership Program—it costs nothing to apply. However, if you are accepted into the program, you must then become a full, dues-paying ODTUG member.

The 2020 Leadership Program application is now open! Applications are due on Friday, August 16, 2019 at 5 p.m. EDT. To apply, please fill out this form
