Pitch us your idea for Kscope Konnect Sessions!

A big part of what makes ODTUG Kscope so special is how passionate our attendees are about the work they do. But we’ve learned over the years that when our members aren’t working, they’re often bringing that passion to other incredible pursuits. This year, we want you to share your special interest or hobby in one of our Kscope Konnect sessions.

Lead a yoga flow, share a favorite recipe, or teach a lesson about the history of whiskey. Whatever you’re excited about, come share it with your fellow ODTUGers. We’re looking for a handful of volunteers to lead these Kscope Konnect sessions daily, June 22 – July 1, 3:20 – 4:00 p.m. EDT. This is a great chance to get involved and build your community!

We’ve already got some great sessions lined up! In one, Jim Czuprynski channels Seth Myers and invites Jessica Sharp and Liron Amitzi to play “What does @SharpDBA Know?” and “What does @Amitzl Know?”, a fun game to bridge the generation gap. In another, the Toastmaster, Akhtar Malik, hosts the “Impromptu Speaking Challenge”, in which members of the audience give a 2-minute speech on an impromptu topic. This is a great opportunity for ambitious Kscope presenters to practice their speaking skills. At the end of this session, the audience will vote for the best speaker!
