ODTUG User Group Integrating New Tools to Be More Data Driven
Oracle Essbase Cloud and Data Visualization Support Annual User Group Conference Planning
WILMINGTON, NC, May 22, 2018 — Oracle Development Tools User Group (ODTUG) is integrating new tools to help the not-for-profit organization be more data driven. The user community is implementing systems built with Oracle’s Essbase Cloud and Data Visualization components of the Oracle Analytics Cloud suite. These systems will support the planning of the annual ODTUG Kscope conference, one of the largest independent Oracle user group conferences in the world.
Essbase Cloud is used to store and aggregate diverse datasets, such as content selection votes, session evaluations, attendee footfall patterns, and enrich them with calculated metrics. Data Visualization provides advanced analytics on this data to provide insights to the content team and support decision making. ODTUG Kscope18 conference committee members will be showcasing these efforts at the conference in Orlando, Florida, June 10 – 14, 2018, and again at Oracle Open World 2018 in San Francisco, October 22 – 25, 2018.
ODTUG is an Oracle user group community focused on the continuing education and professional development of its community of more than 10,000 technologists working with Oracle technology.
ODTUG is an independent, not-for-profit, global organization whose sole purpose is to keep it’s members on the cutting-edge of the constantly changing Oracle technology landscape. For more about ODTUG, please visit us at www.odtug.com.
