Enterprise solutions have always struggled to balance the need for rapid prototyping to meet the needs of the business and the need for ease of maintenance. These oppositional needs are aggravated by turnover in the support of the applications. To address all of these we have designed a system that takes all of this into consideration. The presentation will discuss how Kroger has found the balance by discussing:

* The forecasting process (rapid prototyping)
* The budgeting process (long term maintenance)
* Financial analysis and flux (drill through to JE and add flux analysis)
* Automation overview
* Types of employees that have been successful in the support roles
* Selling the solution to the business (one version of the truth; elimination of spreadsheet chaos)

These topics will be introduced using a combination of slides and live demos with a very open format to encourage questions.
