The introduction of FDMEE in 11.1.2.3 brought a new scripting language used in the data integration suite - Jython. This is a fundamental shift away from the legacy language of FDM Classic which was VBScript. This session will highlight the basics of the Jython language including development & testing tips and techniques. An overview of the Eclipse editor will be provided as well as a walk-through of a basic import script.
