As part of the early adopter program AllScripts partnered with Oracle to implement ARM and was the second company to go live on the product. As you can imagine working with first version software wasn't always easy but as a first version software ARM was much more mature than you would probably think. All of the issues were fixable and the end result was an implementation that cut days off of AllScripts account reconciliation process by automating data loads, providing centralized monitoring, automatic email alerts, and providing a much more consistent and centralized account reconciliation process.
