In this session, you will learn how the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center (MDACC) transformed a traditional annual operating budget process into a more forward-looking, driver-based rolling forecast process. In this session, we will review details of the MDACC solution design that supports rolling forecast, target setting at higher levels, and bottoms-up annual operating budgets. Attendees will gain a greater understanding of best practices and dimension design (entities, measures, and attributes) to enable flexible user input and efficient calculations.
