Updating financial data on PowerPoint slides is a common task many analysts need to perform. Last-minute changes can wreak havoc with formatting, causing delays. Join us as we compare a few ways to make these changes. We will start out by updating numbers using Smart View. Then we will show how Dodeca can be used to instantly make these updates.
Tim Faitsch has been working with Essbase since 1998, beginning with version 4. He's worked as a developer and architect on dozens of successful Essbase implementations through the years in the financial and retail industries. Tim has maintained an active role in the Essbase community by engaging in technical forum discussions. He has his MBA and is an Oracle ACE Alumni and currently works as a Presales Solutions Specialist at Applied OLAP.
