Most data has a dimension of location tied to it. Understanding where something occurred is quicker to discern using maps over any other data visualization. Map views can be more than geographic, they can be floor plans, diagrams, and networks such as subway lines. Join us for this informative session to explore the use of Oracle Analytics map views and Oracle Spatial Studio. We will discuss and demo how to leverage Spatial Studio's no-code interface to create custom map layers that can be used in Oracle Analytics. Wednesday, June 19, 2024, 12:00 p.m.- 1:00 p.m. EDTAutomate Your Profitability Reporting Engines Using GroovyPresented by: Vatsal Gaonkar, PwC |
Do you use EPCM for simplified allocations and financial profitability reporting? Then do you have needs to run multi-year models through the EPCM application? Then does the volume in your data set predicate that you run only a few Point Of Views (POVs) at a time so that your model execution would not run out of memory? If you answered Yes to the last two questions, you are in need of “low touch” automation in your Allocation Engine i.e. the EPCM application. In August 2023 Oracle introduced Calculation Manager for Groovy rules in EPCM. The presenter will showcase reusable Groovy scripts and procedures for EPCM automation to bring about desired outcomes for customers who need to manage either month end close or forecast cycle allocations.
