| What's included in the ODTUG Kscope registration? |
Your Kscope26 Registration includes access to all conference sessions, ODTUG receptions and ODTUG-sponsored events. Details about specific meal options and agenda sessions are coming soon! |
| Is my hotel room included in my conference registration? |
Hotel accommodations and transportation are not included in your Kscope26 registration. ODTUG has secured a special rate at the Gaylord Rockies for attendees. Please visit our Venue page to access the reservation links. |
| What meals are provided? |
Specific agenda and meal details will be posted shortly! We expect to offer hors d'oeuvres and drinks at evening receptions, and a full dinner selection at the Wednesday night Special Event. Keep an eye on your e-mail and the Kscope26 event website for updates.

| Can my spouse/partner or children join me for meals? |
Please note: Only full conference participants (as indicated by their conference badge type) will have access to attendee meals. Guests and non-attendee staff are not considered full conference participants. |

Are spouses and/or children allowed to attend the special event/happy hours/welcome reception?
|
All the evening activities are adult-only events. No guests under 21 years old will be allowed. |

How much is it to add a spouse/partner to events?
|
Spouses may attend the evening events by purchasing a ticket. Prices for the guest tickets will be announced shortly.

What is the dress code for the conference?
|
Dress code for the conference is business casual. Convention centers can be cold, so we suggest dressing in layers. |

Are there vegan / vegetarian / gluten-free and other alternate choices for food?
|
Yes. When you register for ODTUG Kscope, you will see a question regarding food preferences and allergies. We also ask the caterers to label every ingredient so that attendees can make informed food choices. |

I can no longer attend Kscope26. Can I transfer my registration to someone else? How do I do that?
|
A paid registration can be transferred to someone else in your organization. Just email us at registration@odtug.com with your name and email address and the name and email address of the person you’d like to transfer your registration to, and we will take care of the rest. |

What is the refund policy?
|
Cancellations received by March 17, 2026, are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received between March 18, 2026 and May 19, 2026, will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will be issued via the payment method that was originally used to purchase the registration. Credit card refunds will only be issued to the credit card that was originally used to make the purchase.
No refunds are given for cancellations received after May 19, 2026. Substitutions are permitted. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and sent to registration@odtug.com.

Can I earn CPE Credits at ODTUG Kscope?

Yes, specific EPM sessions, over 50 minutes, will be eligible for CPE credits.
