7. Specific Restriction for Booths Booths may not impede the use of the fire sprinkler system. If you are rigging any overhead signage, please contact show services to be put in touch with the convention center’s approved rigging contractor. Any two-level booth requires a building permit using an engineer-stamped floor plan in advance. Please contact show services if this applies to you as safety requirements will need to be considered. There are also specific regulations about the display of motorized vehicles. |
|
8. Company Representative Registration The Company Representative (CR) passes have taken the place of our previous "Booth Attendant" passes and are the only registrations available for individuals working in the Impact Zone. The CR passes provide the same exact benefits as full conference tickets and includes meals, conference networking activities, access to technical sessions, and access to community engagement nights. There are a set amount included in your sponsorship package and a set amount available for purchase by selecting the "Company Representative" ticket for $1,200 each. Specific registration information regarding quantities and applicable tickets can be found in your Basecamp profile. |
