Q: Can I get into the Impact Zone earlier to set up my booth?

A: No, not at this time. Rest assured that ODTUG is actively working with the Gaylord to allow for more set up time.

Q: Will the Impact Zone be open outside of exhibit hall hours?

A: No, attendees will not assemble in the Impact Zone outside of designated event times 

Q: Are partners allowed to attend Sunday Symposiums?

A: Yes! With the switch to Company Representative passes partners are allowed to attend the Sunday Symposium sessions

Q: Is there an opportunity to earn complimentary tickets?

A: Yes, when you partnered with ODTUG Kscope, you received a unique code that provides registrants who use this code with a $100 discount on their registration. For every six (6) new attendees, defined as individuals who have not attended Kscope in the past three years, who register using your code, you will earn one complimentary registration to use at your discretion.  

Q: Will I need carpet for my booth?

A: The Impact Zone is a carpeted area so additional carpet is optional 

Q: What is included in my booth package?

A: Each booth is equipped with table(s), chairs, a wastebasket and separation between you and the next partner. Items like power, internet, and lead retrieval are not included. Those items must be ordered separately using the instructions in Basecamp.
