ODTUG Kscope25 Cancellation Policy

ODTUG understands that plans changed. Please review our Kscope25 Cancellation Policy below:

Cancellations received by March 17, 2025, are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations received between March 18, 2025 and May 19, 2025, will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds are given for cancellations received after May 19, 2025.
Substitutions are permitted.
Refunds will be issued via the payment method that was originally used to purchase the registration. Credit card refunds will only be issued to the credit card that was originally used to make the purchase.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and sent to registration@odtug.com.
