As Senior Principal Product Manager for APEX, Jayson Hanes is in his 6th year working at Oracle, and has been using APEX for many years. Jayson works closely with the core APEX product development team, and supports many internal Oracle LOB and external customer APEX development teams. Jayson continuously endeavors to learn about customer-use cases and requirements to effectively better understand how to help shape future releases of APEX. |

Paige Hanssen is a member of the Oracle APEX team where she contributes to APEX product development as well as APEX Strategic Projects. She has played a significant role in the development of several APEX features focusing on user experience, and has contributed to every APEX release since joining the team in 2021. Paige is also the author of the popular Movies Watchlist workshop, and has shared her expertise in several sessions of the APEX Office Hours as well as leading labs at Oracle CloudWorld 2023. Paige has a bachelor's in Computer Science from Colby College, served two years as a collegiate volleyball coach, and continues to coach volleyball to this day. |

Alex Carranza is a Software Developer on the Oracle APEX team, where he contributes to core features and strategic initiatives across frontend components, backend APIs, and security. Since joining Oracle in 2022 through the Fresh Graduate program, he has worked on key projects like Theme Decoupling, Content Security Policy (CSP) compliance, and the redesign of SQL Quick Picks. Alex has helped improve APEX’s performance, security, and developer experience through contributions to features like the APEX_PAGE API, QuickSQL enhancements, and accessibility improvements. He also enjoys sharing knowledge — he has spoken at events like LAOUC, university hackathons, and will be presenting at KScope 2025. |

Neil Fernandez is a member of the Oracle APEX team, contributing to both core product development and APEX Strategic Projects. As one of the lead developers of APEX Special Projects, Neil has played a pivotal role in the development of APEX Surveys and has made significant contributions to projects like SQLcl Projects, Einstein/Forums, ARIA, and various innovative APEX features. With nearly a decade of experience in Oracle APEX, Neil brings a versatile skill set and a passion for solving diverse challenges, embracing the role of a true generalist. |

Andrea Hanes is a Software Development Manager on the Oracle APEX team where she helps drive the widespread adoption of APEX across Oracle's product development organizations. Her journey with APEX began in 2010, igniting a passion that seamlessly merged with her background as a solution architect. This fusion empowers her to deliver scalable, secure, and visually captivating APEX solutions. Martin D'Souza is a senior member of the Oracle APEX development team with over 15 years of database and APEX experience. Along with his APEX platform work Martin is involved with other projects within Oracle such as forums.oracle.com and SQLcl Projects. Vincent Morneau is a Consulting Member of Technical Staff at Oracle, and has 15 years of Oracle APEX experience. As a member of the APEX Development team, he leads the Oracle APEX mobile/PWA product area and the APEX ideas initiative. |

Scott Spendolini is a Senior Director at Oracle Corporation, where he is responsible for managing a team of developers building SaaS applications with Oracle APEX. He was also instrumental with Oracle’s pandemic response team and managed multiple development teams that built & deployed Oracle APEX-based systems used to help governments manage the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout his professional career, he has assisted various clients with their Oracle APEX development and training needs. Spendolini is a long-time and regular presenter at many Oracle-related conferences, including Oracle OpenWorld, KScope, and RMOUG. His presentation at KScope 2014 - APEX Security Primer - was selected as one of the top presentations at the conference. He is an Oracle Ace Director Alumni, author of Expert Oracle Application Express Security and co-author of Pro Oracle Application Express. |
