In an effort to enhance the leadership skills of its members, Oracle Developer & Technology User Group is pleased to announce its sixth Oracle Developer & Technology User Group Leadership Program. This program was piloted in 2013, and covers topics such as leadership styles, effective communication, mentoring, team building, goal setting, and accountability. Our graduates have become such assets to the Oracle Developer & Technology User Group community that we have fully dedicated ourselves to continuing this fantastic program.
If you wish to advance into leadership along your career track, improve your effectiveness in your current or newly promoted position, or even if you are looking to switch careers or transition to technical management opportunities, you should consider the ODTUG Leadership program.
Applications for the 2026-2027 ODTUG Leadership Program are officially open. For more than 10 years, this program has helped Oracle Developer & Technology User Group members turn technical expertise into real leadership presence – sharpening how they communicate, mentor, build teams, and lead with accountability. If you're ready to step into leadership, grow in your current role, or chart a new path toward technical management, this is where that next chapter starts.
