The FY27 ODTUG Board Member Election Results are In

Election results are in for the new FY27 ODTUG Board of Directors - please welcome Natalie Delemar, Abi Giles-Haigh, and Peter Koutroubis to the Board, effective September 1, 2026.

Natalie Delemar - PwC

Natalie Delemar is a management consultant at PwC, where she serves the Office of the CFO through Finance transformation with a specialization in Oracle EPM solutions. She has been working in Essbase since 1999 and Planning since 2007, bringing over two decades of deep technical and advisory expertise to every engagement. Prior to consulting, she served as a Developer at AT&T and held roles as Hyperion administrator and systems manager across several organizations before transitioning to consulting in 2010.

Natalie’s commitment to the Oracle EPM community runs just as deep as her technical roots. She has been an ODTUG volunteer since 2008, serving in roles including Hyperion SIG secretary, EPM/BI content chair, Kscope conference chair, and a four-year tenure as ODTUG President.

A recognized voice in the EPM community, Natalie has presented at both Oracle AI World and ODTUG Kscope. She is a published author and currently is a Co-Host of the Podcast “EPM Conversations”.

Abi Giles-Haigh, Capgemini

Abi is an Oracle ACE Director, Analytics and Innovation Director at Capgemini, and Scout at Newcastle United Women FC, where she works at the intersection of data and people on a daily basis.

With a PhD in Computational Biomedical Engineering from Newcastle University, Abi combines deep technical expertise in Python, SQL, machine learning, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure with executive-level strategic authority. Her career spans senior roles at Oracle EMEA, where she served as Field CTO, and at Vertice, where she led AI platform development across the UK and US markets as Chief Data Science Officer.

A passionate advocate for women's football and data-driven innovation, Abi is equally at home presenting to C-suite stakeholders and coaching on the training pitch, and holds a UEFA B Licence.

Peter Koutroubis - SMACT Works

Peter Koutroubis is the President of Koutroubis Consulting (a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business) and Executive VP of Operations for SMACT Works, an Oracle Cloud Partner. A U.S. Navy veteran awarded the Navy Achievement Medal for his service in Operations Desert Storm and Desert Shield. Peter holds a B.A. in International Business from Florida International University.
